Volunteer opportunities 2025:
REGISTRATION Help on the entry desk – ticket sales, arm bands, event info & merch sales. You must be tech savvy, trustworthy, reliable, tidy, confident & also have a good manner when dealing with people.
WORKSHOP MONITORS Man the Workshop doors -check tickets, assist the teachers & ensure smooth transitions from one workshop to the next. You must have a nice friendly approach, be confident, able to speak to the group & be good at time keeping.
STAGE ASSIST Help manage the dance performers with the tech runs & back-stage at show time. Previous experience in a similar role preferrred.
ARTIST HOST/DRIVER Help us with our main artists. Pick-ups or Drop-offs & some hosting.
PHOTOS/VIDEOS/SOCIALS Are you a budding photographer or videographer or, are you great with social media? We’d love your help to capture & share the magic!
*Preference is given to Volunteers with prior experience volunteering within the events industry & who are available for the full duration of the event.
