Ticket Options & Pre-Purchase

Byron Latin Fiesta offers different ticket types to suit all budgets. Full Passes, Beginner Passes & Performer Passes are the BEST VALUE FOR MONEY. All Tickets are available online. We encourage you to pre-purchase to save and to avoid missing out. Numbers are capped in-line with venue license capacities. *Add On Event” tickets ie: Master Classes are not included in Full Passes, Beginner Passes, Performer Passes or Day Passes.

General Ticket Policy, Ticketing & Entry FAQ’S

We have a NO REFUNDS POLICY for pre purchased tickets, as is the policy with all major festivals & concerts, we cannot issue refunds.
We do not give Refunds for change of mind or change in personal circumstances.
If for some reason you need to cancel, and it is NOT DUE TO COVID EVENT CANCELLATION then you can try to SELL YOUR TICKET as we do allow for TRANSFERS. Selling yout ticket on is your responsibility and will only be valid through the correct method. 1) Contact us via email to confirm the Full names of the Pre bought pass along with the Full names of who it is being transferred to and the ticket type. 2) Process your TRANSFER FEE of $30 for administration.
If you are unable to organise a Transfer you are automatically given credit for the following year.
Our ONLINE ticketing system is through trybooking, a safe and secure method. All online transactions incur a 3% Processing fee.
Tickets will only be available at the event, at door prices if not sold out prior. CASH & CARD will be accepted at the event.
We do not issue paper tickets and where possible, we are a PAPERLESS event.
Please bring your receipt on your mobile device and show the QR Code to be scanned for entry. Also, bring your ID with you to the registration desk at the event.
Your armbands are to be worn at all times. A $30 replacement fee is applied if removed during the event.

Covid Ticketing Policy

If the event needs to be unexpectedly cancelled due to Covid by way of a change in public health directives and government restrictions, all ticket holders will be given an automatic Credit for the re-scheduled event.

Performers Registration

All student performers must purchase a Performers Pass. A Performers Pass is a FULL PASS (discounted by $100!). It gives access to all the workshops and parties on the main program plus the opportunity to perform.

STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM & RECEIVE THE COMMISSION

All Performers must buy their Performers Passes online via Trybooking , our ticketing system. Please ensure each individual performer enters their FULL NAME as per their ID as well as their School Name and your SCHOOL CODE.
Team Leaders, register your team and your performers using the form below. All forms to be submitted by 30th Sept 2026.
Commission will be given the week following the festival via EFT
Passes that are not collected before 30th Sept can still be bought online however commission is then not received.

We require the FULL NAME of each performer. Ensure that the name you write here is the same name they use when buying the pass (I.E. Not their social media nickname). If you are not quite sure about their name, please include their EMAIL address, so we can find them on our system.

I declare that:
1. Any repairs or excessive cleaning to equipment, property or facilities belonging to either the Byron Latin Fiesta or the venue management caused by a direct or indirect result of our performance will incur fees for which our performance team will be liable.
2. The Byron Latin Fiesta is not responsible for any goods or materials or belongings of our performance team or any associated individuals, while on premises controlled and/or operated by the Byron Latin Fiesta, and will not be liable for any loss or damage, injury, death, cost or expense caused to any person or property used by the performers as part of the performance or brought by the performers or any person associated with the performance to premises controlled or operated by the Byron Latin Fiesta.
3. The performers indemnify the Byron Latin Fiesta management against all loss or damage to the principal’s property and from and against any claim, demand action suit or proceeding that may be made or brought by any person against the Principal, or any employee, contractor or agent of the principal in respect of personal injury to or death of any person of loss of or damage to any property whatsoever arising out of or as a result of the performance
